Established in 1962 by three Italian families, SO.G.I.S. represents a typical example of a Company tied up to the territory, full of stock farms and slaughterhouses.
Born as an engineering Company, after a while it turned into a production site, at first of Stearic Acid and Glycerol only, than of derivatives as well (Esters, Amides, Salts).
In 1990 SO.G.I.S. stipulated a joint venture with Baerlocher GmbH, leader in the production of additives for PVC.
Present on the market worldwide, it has very different customers, ranging from the big international Companies to small local firms.
