We are part of an environment experiencing a crucial need to learn taking care of ecosystems, in order to transmit them to future generations without damages. A task requiring technologies and products able to coexist with the environment and to safeguard human health.
SO.G.I.S. has joined the Responsible Care program, fostering sustainable development, safe and environmental friend production processes, protection of people and environment.
Within the EU producers association, we are committed to start programs aimed at defining sustainability criteria and guidelines to study the LCA for each substance, in order to carry out an effective evaluation along the whole value chain and to define the impact of each substance on the environment.
During the years, SO.G.I.S. has always been deciding not to use or produce polluting or dangerous materials. Many substances we produce are exempted from registration, none of them is classified as dangerous for the environment or for human health.
We recycle all packaging materials. We have always been looking for sensitively reducing packaging, both proposing our customers to turn from paper bags to big bags and putting in place technical solutions enabling the transport of powder goods in bulk. Download the documentation
