SO.G.I.S. produces Amides obtained from Fatty Acids from renewable sources for a number of markets, such as polyolefins, thermosetting resins, Polystyrene, paper, PVC, ABS, Polycarbonate, asphalt, bitumes, paints and many others.
SOGIS has an internal chemical laboratory for R&D, where, according to customers requests, new processes, innovative raw materials, tailor made solutions, are tested, using as far as possible low environmental impact materials and considering their life cycle, as requested by ISO 14001.
SOGIS prefers using non-classified as dangerous substances, ensuring workers and consumers safety, adopting maximum precautions when use of classified chemicals is unavoidable. Amides thus produced can be provided in a wide range of physical forms: powder, beads, prills, droplets, flakes.
